At Wildgreen, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Easy Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
- Include proof of purchase from wearewildgreen.co.uk (order number / digital receipt).
Please note: Wildgreen Gift Cards are non-refundable.
To start a return please email us at hello@wearewildgreen.co.uk detailing your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Return shipping cost is covered by the customer, we strongly recommend using a tracked/insured service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Email hello@wearewildgreen.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
